COMPENSATION PLAN - QUICK CALCULATION GUIDE

This document is technically-oriented and focuses on explaining in a brief and technical manner the way the compensation plan of Empower Network functions. It is intended to help all affiliates to get a better understanding of the commission distribution and also to be able to quickly calculate what commissions they may receive upon selling EN products. Any detailed marketing information as well as product descriptions and other valuable information could be found in the COMPENSATION PLAN - FULL VERSION.

Introduction

It is important to understand that all commissions are based on the sale of our state-of-the-art products and services and not on recruitment. To be clear, you do not earn commissions from recruiting other affiliates into your business. However, you do earn commissions on their products sales. The more products you and members of your downline sell, the more you have the potential to earn. Of course, becoming an affiliate is optional and not a requirement.

Key Point: Empower Network affiliates are not required to purchase any of our products in order to become an affiliate. Whether a customer or an affiliate, you can choose to use our products to build traffic, leads and marketing campaigns for any business you choose. If you would like to read more about how to become an affiliate without purchasing a product, please refer to this article: Affiliate Fees.

As always, we never hide anything. Please do not take any information from this article as a guarantee of income. For more information please refer to the Income Disclaimer page: http://www.empowernetwork.com/income

Affiliate requirements:

IMPORTANT! Please note that in order to become eligible to earn commissions, every member of Empower Network must first become an affiliate and get qualified to resell each particular product. If you miss that part and you start making sales right away for products that you are not yet qualified, you will miss the commissions and the members will be passed up. For additional information about the qualification process please refer to the following documents:

COMPENSATION PLAN PDF

If we assume you are an active affiliate and eligible to receive commissions for ALL products in Empower Network, then your commissions will be calculated through the following compensation plan rules:

= R = A = N = K = S =

Core levels:

Direct rank - 20%, requires 0 or 1 sales (active)

Producer rank - 25%, requires 2 sales (active),

Builder rank - 35%, requires 3 sales (active),

BOSS rank (incl. BOSS Maker) - 40%, requires 6 sales (active),

Boss Maker Bronze - 45%, requires one of three to be met - 9 sales (active) with 1 of them Boss Maker OR 20 TSS members (active) OR qualify for BM for the next month and having $2000 income for the previous month

Boss Maker Silver (a.k.a.BMS) rank - 50%, requires one of the three to be met - 12 sales (active) with 1 of them Boss Maker OR 30 TSS members (active) OR qualify for BM for the next month and having $5000 income for the previous month

BMS level #2 - additional 5% (this refers to having more than one BMS in a chain - then the first one will get his up to 50%, and the second will get an additional amount of 5%)

BMS level #3 - additional 3%

BMS level #4 - additional 2%

Leadership levels:

GOLD rank +2.5% (2x2.5% or 5% total) - total up to 52.5%, requires BMS + $10,000 core income

PLATINUM rank +2.5% (2x2.5% or 5% total) - total up to 55%, requires BMS + $20,000 total income (at least $10k Core income)

DIAMOND rank +5% (2x5% or 10% total) - total up to 60%, requires BMS + $30k total income (at least $15k Core income)

Key points:

  • You need to be an active affiliate and be qualified to receive commissions for the product

  • Ranks are calculated on a monthly basis and are dynamic, your rank could change at any time according to the criteria you meet at the moment

  • Each requirement regarding sales refers to active members who have purchased the product and remained active within the specified period of time (i.e. the month for which the rank is calculated). If a member quits a subscription product, the rank may roll back.

  • Any first sale of a subscription product generates 80% income for the direct sponsor

  • Any second or further sale of a subscription product generates a commission distributed according to the comp.plan and the ranks of the sponsors in the upline chain

  • Any one-time payment product’s first sale generates 80% income for the direct sponsor

  • Any second or further sale of a one-time product generates a commission distributed according to the comp.plan and the ranks of the sponsors in the upline chain

  • The current rank of an affiliate determines how much is he going to get from ALL of his subscription members so far - so if a member has let’s say 6 active members in the TSS product in his downline and he achieves rank BOSS, he will start receiving BOSS percentage (i.e. 40%) from ALL of the six members

Examples

Example #1 - a new member makes consequent sales and upgrades his rank

Let’s have a new member John being an active affiliate and qualified for receiving commissions for all products.

Then, step by step:

John joins Mark, who purchases TSS Elite Membership.

Mark pays $197 and this also sets a recurring subscription on his card.Since this is John’s first sale, he gets 80% of this amount (but without the affiliate fee of $17, or 80% x $180 = $144). Each payment of $197 Mark makes in the future will bring John the correspondent percentage, according to John’s current rank. If John does not have any other members, the second month he will receive 20% from the second payment from Mark, or $36).

Let’s say John joins another member (Stan) within the same month, who purchases TSS Elite again. The commission from Stan will be again $144 from the first payment (because subscription products pay 80% on first sale per referral). With this sale John will achieve Producer rank.

Let’s say John joins another member (Robert) within the same month, who purchases TSS Pro membership ($97). The commission for John will be 80% x ($97-$17) = $64.

So, now John has three active members and he has achieved Builder rank.

This means that (if no more sales are made, and these three members remain active), the next month John will keep the Builder rank and will receive 35% from these recurring payments, or 35% from Mark’s $180, Stan’s $180 and Rob’s $80, or a total of $154.

If Rob quits, then the next month John will roll back to “Producer @ 25%” and will get 25% of the recurring payments from Mark and Stan.

If, however, John makes three more sales, he will reach the Boss rank and will start receiving 40% from all paying customers he has.

If, while being at rank Builder (35%), John makes a sale of a one-time payment product (and we assume he is qualified to earn commissions for that product), John will receive 35% of the price of the product. If this for example is the LifeStyle Profits Academy priced at $2,997 standard price, John will receive $1,048.95. Any one-time payment product sales will follow the current rank and percentage the sponsor is eligible to receive.

If a member in John's downline with a lower rank makes a sale, John will receive the difference between his portion and his downline's portion, according to the case (for more information about the different scenarios available, please refer to the next examples).

Examples of percentage distribution between different levels (ranks) in one sponsorship chain.

For the examples below we assume that:

  • The list of sponsors in all examples below follows the order and sponsorship of joining (i.e. in the first example John is a sponsor of Mark, Mark is a sponsor of Stan and so forth).
  • Each of the following distributions shows what percentage of the commission each sponsor will receive from a sale the last one at the bottom makes (i.e. Anthony in the first example), and also assuming this is not a first sale for the sponsor.
  • All of the members in the example are qualified to receive commissions for the sale

Example #2 (The calculation goes from bottom to top, so if read this way it will be easier to understand)

John (Boss Maker Silver) - 5% (John is the second BMS and he gets the additional 5% for BMS level #2)
Mark (Boss Maker Silver) - 5% (Mark is the first BMS in the chain, he is up to 50%, so 5% remains for him)
Stan (Boss Maker Bronze) - 10% (Stan receives up to 45%, so he gets 10%)
Robert (Builder) - 10% (Robert is eligible to get 35%, so he gets 10%)
Nik (Producer) - 5% (Nik is eligible to get 25%, so he receives the override of 5%)
Anthony (no rank, or Direct) - 20% (Anthony makes the sale, he has no rank yet, so he gets 20%)

Example #3 (The calculation goes from bottom to top, so if read this way it will be easier to understand)

Jimmy (Gold) - 2.5%
Jordan (Boss Maker Silver) - 0% (Nothing remains for Jordan, and that is one of the interesting features in this comp.plan - every affiliate who works hard and achieves a higher rank may cut off the ones above him from getting a percentage. So this basically is the opposite of a “pyramid”)
Arnold (Boss Maker Silver) - 2% (Arnold receives BMS Level #4 additional 2%)
Ana (Boss Maker Silver) - 3% (Ana receives BMS Level #3 additional 3%)
John (Boss Maker Silver) - 5% (John receives BMS Level #2 additional 5%)
Mark (Boss Maker Silver) - 5%
Stan (Boss Maker Bronze) - 5%
Silvia (Boss) - 5%
Robert (Producer) - 0%
Nik (Builder) - 15%
Anthony (no rank, or Direct) - 20% (Anthony makes the sale and gets 20%)

Example #4 (The calculation goes from bottom to top, so if read this way it will be easier to understand)

Sylvester (Diamond) - 5%
Jose (Diamond) - 5%
Jimmy (Platinum) - 2.5%
Franco (Platinum) - 2.5%+2.5% =5% (The system has two portions of 2.5% of Gold additional commission percentages to apply, the first one goes to Jordan and the second one goes to the first member above him who has a qualification in Gold or higher - in this case Franco has Platinum)
Jordan (Gold) - 2.5%
Arnold (Boss Maker Silver) - 0%
Ana (Boss Maker Silver) - 2%
John (Boss Maker Silver) - 3%
Mark (Boss Maker Silver) - 5%
Stan (Boss Maker Bronze) - 0%
Silvia (Boss) - 0%
Robert (Producer) - 0%
Nik (Boss Maker Silver) - 30%
Anthony (no rank, or Direct) - 20% (Anthony makes the sale and gets 20%)

Example #5 (The calculation goes from bottom to top, so if read this way it will be easier to understand)

Sylvester (Diamond) - 5%
Jose (Platinum) - 0%
Jimmy (Platinum) - 2.5%
Franco (Gold) - 2.5% (The second portion of the Gold override commission)
Jordan (Diamond) - 2.5%+2.5%+5%=10% (Jordan is the first with a leadership rank so he will receive the first 2.5% for Gold, the first 2.5% for Platinum and the first 5% for Diamond. All summed up will give him a total of 10% commission)
Arnold (Boss Maker Silver) - 0%
Ana (Boss Maker Silver) - 2%
John (Boss Maker Silver) - 3%
Lenny (Producer) - 0%
Mark (Boss Maker Silver) - 5%
Stan (Boss Maker Bronze) - 5%
Silvia (Producer) - 0%
Robert (Boss) - 5%
Nik (Builder) - 10%
Anthony (Producer) - 25% (Anthony makes the sale and gets 25%)

Example #6 (The calculation goes from bottom to top, so if read this way it will be easier to understand)

Sylvester (Diamond) - 5%
Jose (Platinum) - 0%
Jimmy (Platinum) - 2.5%
Franco (Gold) - 2%+2.5%=4.5% (When distributing the BMS commissions the system will first give 50% to Jordan, then 5% to Robert for being BMS level#2, then 3% to Ana for being BMS level#3, then Franco for being the next one having a rank BMS or higher will receive the last 2%. Since he has achieved a higher level, he will also get the second 2.5% commission for his Gold rank as well)
Ana (Boss Maker Silver) - 3%
Robert (Boss Maker Silver) - 5%
Jordan (Diamond) - 60% (Jordan makes the sale and he gets 50% for being a BMS, 2.5% first Gold portion, 2.5% first Platinum portion, 5% first Diamond portion, or a total of 60%)
