How to Change Your Credit Card for a Subscription

IMPORTANT! How to change your credit card

If you would like to update your credit card information for a subscription, please follow the instructions as they are explained below.

Please log in to your Empower Network account and hover over the Account tab.

Click "My Account Status".

 

Select the product you wish to update and click on the "Update my subscription credit card" link under the selected product. Then follow the instructions in order to update your credit card.

REMEMBER: You must update each subscription individually, so you will need to repeat the process for any additional subscriptions.

Please keep in mind that if you are submitting a new credit card, that has not been used yet in the system, it will be charged with one monthly fee right away in order to be validated, but this payment is not an additional one; it will just add one more month to your subscription time, so the due date will be moved a month ahead.

If you only change the expiration date though, the card will not be billed.

In addition, if you have already made a payment with your card in our system at least once, you will be able to use the card when updating a monthly subscription, and the system will not charge it to validate it.
